These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to all orders placed with VACC AUTO.

Throughout these Terms, “VACC AUTO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VACC SDN. BHD. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who accesses the website, creates an account or places an order.

By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

A customer who has not reached the applicable age of majority should use the website and place orders only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

When creating an account or placing an order, all information provided must be accurate, complete and current.

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details;
• Restricting unauthorised access to their account;
• Checking that their delivery address and contact details are correct; and
• Informing VACC AUTO promptly of any suspected unauthorised account activity.

VACC AUTO may suspend or restrict an account where fraud, misuse, inaccurate information or a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability as accurately as reasonably possible.

Product images are provided for general reference. Actual colours, surface finishes, packaging and minor design details may vary due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing updates or supplier changes.

Measurements and specifications may be approximate unless otherwise stated.

Product availability is not guaranteed. An item may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to stock differences, inventory updates or other circumstances.

Where a product is unavailable, VACC AUTO may contact the customer to offer an alternative, adjust the order or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Certain VACC AUTO products are designed for specific vehicle brands, models, generations, manufacturing years, specifications or interior configurations.

Customers must verify the following information before placing an order:

• Vehicle brand;
• Vehicle model;
• Manufacturing year;
• Model generation or chassis code;
• Facelift or pre-facelift version;
• Left-hand-drive or right-hand-drive configuration, where relevant;
• Selected product type, size, colour and variation; and
• Any additional compatibility notes shown on the product page.

A vehicle model may have different specifications depending on its country, production batch or trim level.

Compatibility information supplied by VACC AUTO is based on information reasonably available at the time. Customers who are uncertain should contact us and provide clear photographs or vehicle details before purchasing.

An item ordered for the wrong vehicle model, year or variation may not qualify for return unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Adding an item to the shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee its availability.

After an order is submitted, an order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or fulfilled.

VACC AUTO reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• An item is unavailable;
• The product price or information contains an obvious error;
• Payment cannot be authorised;
• The delivery address is incomplete or unsupported;
• Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected;
• An order exceeds applicable purchase limits; or
• The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, promotional offers and product availability may change without prior notice. Changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred.

Any applicable shipping charges, discounts and order totals will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Promotional codes, vouchers and discounts:

• Must be used within their stated validity period;
• May be subject to minimum spending requirements;
• May apply only to selected products or customers;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated; and
• May be cancelled where misuse, duplication or fraudulent activity is detected.

Customers must use one of the payment methods available at checkout. Orders may only be processed after payment has been successfully authorised or confirmed.

VACC AUTO does not control additional processing time, currency conversion charges or fees imposed by banks, card issuers or payment providers.

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the recipient name, phone number, postcode and delivery address are complete and accurate.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, traffic, remote locations, peak sales periods or other circumstances outside VACC AUTO’s reasonable control.

VACC AUTO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply before the parcel is sent again.

Customers should inspect the parcel after delivery and contact VACC AUTO promptly if the parcel appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

Any free-shipping offer is subject to the conditions, delivery areas and minimum order amount displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Order cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

An order cannot normally be cancelled after it has been packed, dispatched or handed to the delivery provider. Any cancellation remains subject to approval by VACC AUTO.

Return and refund requests are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Under the current policy, return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date and are generally accepted only where:

• The item arrived damaged; or
• An incorrect item was sent by VACC AUTO.

Change-of-mind purchases and products ordered for the wrong vehicle model, manufacturing year, size or variation are generally not eligible for return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The processing and crediting period may vary depending on the payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights or remedies available under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

Customers must read and follow all product instructions, warnings and installation guidance supplied with the item or provided on the product page.

Some automotive accessories may require professional installation, specialist tools or technical knowledge.

Customers should stop installation and seek assistance if:

• The product does not appear to fit correctly;
• Excessive force would be required;
• Vehicle wiring or electrical connections are involved;
• The installation may affect airbags, sensors, mirrors, controls or safety systems; or
• The customer is uncertain about the correct installation procedure.

VACC AUTO is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, misuse, accident, negligence or failure to follow applicable instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Installation of a product should not obstruct the driver’s visibility, controls or safe operation of the vehicle.

The website and its contents are provided for personal and lawful shopping purposes.

Customers must not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activities;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another customer’s account;
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or disruptive technology;
• Scrape, copy or collect website data without permission;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• Submit false reviews, claims or account information; or
• Use website content for unauthorised commercial purposes.

All website content, including logos, branding, product photographs, graphics, text, videos, layouts and design elements, is owned by or licensed to VACC AUTO unless otherwise stated.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.

VACC AUTO aims to keep the website accurate, secure and available. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VACC AUTO will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from:

• Temporary website interruption;
• Customer-provided information that is incorrect or incomplete;
• Delays caused by third-party delivery or payment providers;
• Incompatible products selected by the customer;
• Incorrect installation, modification or misuse;
• Unauthorised access caused by a customer’s failure to secure account credentials; or
• Third-party websites, applications or services.

Where VACC AUTO is legally responsible for a claim, its liability will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer protections.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute should first be raised directly with VACC AUTO so that a reasonable resolution may be attempted.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any right to submit a claim or complaint through an authority, tribunal or court with lawful jurisdiction.

VACC AUTO may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal or website changes. The updated version will be published on this page together with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the website after an update means that the revised Terms will apply to future website use and future orders.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
